Ellie Liao: wow, we have the same last name. What a coincidence! Anyway, I am not sure about other users, but for me, floor price VS list price chat that NFTgo used to have in 2022 is the most useful chart for me to trade NFT with a high successful rate. Please let the upper management know and bring it back. Thanks!

Robert Liao: I noticed that haha what a coincidence! Yeah definitely, I will let the team know your suggestion. Just wondering, for the floor price VS list price chart, does it mean the floor depth chart?
Robert Liao
Ellie Liao: Because the website no longer has the chart available so I can't screenshot what it looks like but I don't think it's the floor depth chart. Let me try my best to describe it using my memory. The X-axis of the chart should show the days and the user can pick 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, 1 yr, etc. The Y-axis of the chart should show the price (ETH). On the chart itself, it plots two lines, one is a yellow line which is the listing price, and the other one is a teal line which is the floor price. The two lines sometime will cross each other, and I used it to determine when to buy or sell it when they cross each other. It is similar to people use the golden cross and the death cross when they trade stocks. Thanks.

Robert Liao: Thanks for the detailed explanation. It is quite helpful! I will let the upper management know, and once the status of feedback changes, you will be notified via email.

Ellie Liao: Thanks. The only thing that I am not sure is that maybe the yellow line is the floor price and the teal line is the list price. :)

Robert Liao: Got it, thanks Robert!
